Acidic lining of induction furnace

Using corundum and bauxite as the main raw materials, it is equipped with additives and sintering agent. During use, a dense and uniform sintering layer with appropriate thickness is formed, while keeping the transition layer structure loose, effectively relieving stress and preventing steel leakage. This product has the advantages of excellent construction performance, short sintering time, good thermal shock stability, and sleeve repair, and is suitable for induction furnaces for smelting stainless steel, alloy steel and special alloys.
Alkaline lining of induction furnace
Using high-quality magnesia as the main raw material, it is equipped with sintering agent and additives. This product has the advantages of convenient construction, short sintering time, excellent high temperature performance, high cost performance, etc. It is suitable for induction furnaces with a capacity of less than 3 tons for smelting carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.

This product has excellent high temperature performance. When the working lining is burned through, it can protect the coil from being burned for a short time. This product has insulation properties, which can prevent the discharge between coils from generating impact current to burn the thyristor. For the furnace body with ejection mechanism, it also has the function of guiding and preventing coil scratches.
