1.Magnesia refractory castable
(1)Product components:Fused magnesia or sintered magnesia,calcite cemen,magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, water glass and polyphosphate
(2)Performance:Combined with high magnesium cement has the advantages of high purity, small linear change rate after sintering and high refractoriness under load ;
Combined with water glass has the advantages of high strength, strong alkali resistance and sodium salt melt erosion;
Combined with polyphosphate has the advantages of high strength after sintering, small descend range of strength with the increase of heat treatment temperature, high refractoriness under load and good thermal shock stability.
2.Corundum-based castable
(1)Product components:Sintered corundum or fused corundum, aluminate cement, high-efficiency admixture.
(2)Performance:Compared with aluminum castable of bauxitegrade, it has improved performance in all aspects. Due to better mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, it is widely used inextremely important parts under complex working conditions and has good service life.
3.Bauxite-based castable
(1)Product Components:High-quality bauxite clinker, aluminate cementor phosphoric acid, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, high-purity silica micropowder.
(2)Performance:It has high bulk density and excellent mechanical strength. Under high temperature conditions, it has good corrosion resistance thermal shock resistance and scouring resistance, which is major product applied in the fields of metallurgy, cement, petrochemical, etc.
4.Dry vibration mix
(1)Product Components:Magnesia, sintering promoting additives, highmolecular substance.
(2)Performance:Without adding water or other solutions, which isformed by vibration during construction process. lt is simple in construction, short in construction period, and does not need maintenance and baking. lt can directly and rapidly heat up to make the working layer sintered and put into use.
5.Gunning mix
(1)Product components:Magnesia, binders.
(2)Performance:It has good adhesion, and can be quickly hardened upon reaching the working face and form a high-strength integral structure with the working face. Therefore, it has good corrosion resistance, thermal shock stability and higher service life, which is suitable for thermal repair of each part of converter, ladle and electric furnace.
6.Thermal patching material for converter
(1)Product Components:Fused magnesia, special binders and agglutinant.
(2)Performance:It has the advantages of good high temperature fluidity, short hardening time, high sintering strength and excellent thermal erosion performance. lt is used for repairing the steel charging side and steel discharging side of the converter.
7.Ladle filler sand
(1)Product Components:Quartz sand, chromium ore sand, additives.
(2)Performance:Ladle filler sand is mainly used for the long resistance time or treatment time of ladle after steel discharging and the application of high requirement for opening rate. This series of products have the advantages of no floating no sintering, high self-opening rate, simple operation and safely use
8.Ramming mix of electric furnace bottom
(1)Product components:Magnesia.
(2)Performance:It has the characteristics of good sintering, strong corrosion resistance and strong integrity.In the construction process, which is convenient, and can be constructed for the first time or hot patched. lt is suitable for high-power electric furnace, ultra-high power electric furnace bottom, furnace slope and other parts.
