Magnesia carbon brick(Mgo-c bricks) for ladle

Description

Magnesia carbon brick

It is made of dead burned magnesia (or electric powder magnesia) and carbon material (mainly fully crystallized graphite) as raw materials, and resin as binder and pressurized. Magnesia carbon bricks are widely used and can be used in key parts of thermal equipment such as steelmaking converters, electric arc furnaces, steel ladles, and refining furnaces outside the furnace. Aluminum-magnesium carbon bricks made of high-quality alumina clinker, fused corundum, and fused magnesia have low thermal conductivity and appropriate residual expansion. They are good materials for ladle slag lines, lower ladle walls, ladle bottoms, and free parts. Ordinary magnesia bricks use dense sintered magnesia as raw materials, have high refractoriness and corrosion resistance, and are widely used in glass kiln regenerators, lime kilns, non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces, open hearths, mixed iron furnaces, ferroalloy furnaces, electric furnaces, etc.
