Magnesia brick

Description

Magnesia brick
It is made of various forms of pure magnesia as the main raw material and fired at medium or high temperature. It has excellent resistance to alkali vapor damage, resistance to oxidation-reduction damage and excellent thermal conductivity. Upper and middle checker bricks and wall tiles for glass furnace regenerators.

Magnesium zirconium brick
It uses high-quality magnesia and zircon sand as the main raw materials and is fired at medium and high temperatures. Compared with magnesia bricks of the same matrix, it has a higher load softening temperature, better thermal shock stability, and is especially superior in resistance to alkali vapor permeability and repeated condensation-evaporation damage. Mainly used for the middle and upper checkered bricks of the regenerator.

Magnesia chrome brick
It uses magnesia and chromium concentrate as the main raw materials and is fired at high temperature. It has excellent thermal shock stability and resistance to repeated condensation and evaporation damage of alkali vapor. Central checker bricks and wall tiles for glass furnace regenerators.

Forsterite bricks
It is made of magnesia and low-iron forsterite as the main raw materials, and is fired at medium and high temperatures. It has excellent thermal shock resistance, high temperature creep resistance, sulfate corrosion resistance and slag resistance. It can replace magnesia chromium bricks and be used as the regenerator grid of glass melting furnace.

Low porosity clay bricks
Low porosity clay bricks use refractory clay or burnt gem clinker as the main raw material, which are formed by high pressure and fired at high temperature. The product has the characteristics of high strength, low porosity, strong anti-penetration and anti-erosion capabilities. Mainly used at the bottom of the regenerator of glass melting furnaces.

Supports customization of various brick types, and can be customized according to drawings.
