Magnesia-aluminum spinel brick

Description

Magnesia-alumina spinel bricks are mainly used in linings of steel nickel furnaces and aluminum smelting furnaces in non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces, electric furnace covers, steel drum linings, linings of refining vacuum treatment devices outside steel-making furnaces, and high-temperature zones of cement calcining kilns. Lining, steel-making open-hearth furnace regenerator and glass melting furnace hot chamber checker bricks, etc.

Magnesia-alumina spinel bricks are products made from high-purity magnesia and pre-synthesized magnesia-alumina spinel as the main raw materials, through reasonable grading, high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing.
Magnesia-alumina spinel bricks have excellent properties such as low porosity, high strength, good thermal shock stability, and corrosion resistance. This product causes the transition zone and firing zone materials to be consumed simultaneously, extending the service life of the rotary kiln lining.
