clay bricks

Description

Clay refractory bricks have the characteristics of high refractory resistance, dense bulk density, low porosity, excellent high-temperature creep performance and good volume stability.

The Al₂O₃ content of clay bricks is generally 30%~40%, and the Fe₂O₃ content is less than 2.0~2.5%. Clay bricks are weakly acidic refractory products that can resist the erosion of acidic slag and acidic gases. The clay bricks produced by our company are based on the production of general clay bricks. They use well-homogenized materials as the main raw materials, add appropriate amounts of auxiliary materials and some additives, and undergo fine grinding, mixing, and high-pressure molding at an appropriate firing temperature. It transforms into the mullite crystal phase, and the product used has a good mineral composition, thus ensuring that the product has high refractoriness, dense volume density, low porosity, excellent high-temperature creep performance and good volume stability.

Clay standard brick application areas: suitable for heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, coke ovens, tunnel kilns, rotary kilns and flues and other related parts.

We support custom-made special-shaped clay refractory bricks and can customize them according to drawings.
