Castables for iron ladle

The castables for iron ladle are made of bauxite, corundum, silicon carbide and other materials, with the addition of ultra-micro powder, and developed by using low cement or ultra-low cement combination technology. It has the characteristics of high strength, good erosion resistance, scouring resistance, non-stick iron slag, long service life, etc. It can be quickly baked or bake-free. It can be used in iron irrigation, desulphurisation iron package, iron mixing tank and other parts.

Iron ladle castables are widely used in small and medium-sized iron ladle induction furnace lid, furnace bottom, furnace nozzle, induction furnace mouth, ejector block, kiln lining and other parts.
